It's creative activity facilitates the dynamic nature of the place. It is impossible to ignore it's unique charm. It was the birth place of the Tango and is home to the La Boca junior soccer team which is one of the largest in Angentina. Diego Maridona played soccer with them.
The main street in La Boca is Caminito (meaning Little Path). It is named after a famous tango called “Caminito” written in 1926 by Gabino Coria Peñaloza and Juan de Dios Filiberto. A visit to La Boca is a must if you ever get to Buenos Aires.

The journey covered from Barilochi to the beautiful Pampa Linda, along Lake Mascardi, across Mount Tronador and it's glacier, then through Paso de las Nubes (pass of the clouds) and on to the Chilean border.
